Practice Overview

Capell & Howard attorneys generally devote a substantial part of their time and efforts to specific types of legal matters. For that reason, the Firm is organized in departments comprised of one or more attorneys who concentrate in certain practice areas. However, because specific projects often call for experience in more than one legal area, attorneys in multiple practice groups frequently combine their expertise to meet the needs of clients on those particular issues. Additionally, through regular practice group meetings, the Firm's attorneys are able to share their own professional experiences as well as stay informed on new developments in their particular field of practice.
