The law firm of Capell & Howard has a long tradition of excellence in the practice of law. However, rather than maintaining an attitude of complacency based upon its past successes, the Firm strives to attract and retain talented young lawyers who will help move the Firm towards its future.
The philosophy behind Capell & Howard's recruiting effort is simple: the Firm desires to attract the most outstanding new attorneys possible in order to meet the expectations and demands of its diverse client base. To that end, the Firm actively recruits law students from the nations best law schools to take part in its Summer Clerkship Program, and in addition, hires practicing attorneys, graduate law students, and judicial clerks to become associates of the Firm. Yet, far from simply filling spaces with qualified attorneys, Capell & Howard seeks to hire attorneys who will enjoy the practice of law, and more importantly, enjoy the practice of law in the company of the Firm's other attorneys, both socially and professionally.
The standards of the Firm are high, but also high are the rewards of practicing law with other talented attorneys in the friendly, collegial environment established by the Firm's founders back in 1947.
