7/9/2009 - Capell & Howard announces upcoming seminar on public contracts and procurement
Capell & Howard is pleased to report a unique educational opportunity in the fields of public works procurement and construction. At a time when federal stimulus dollars are generating new projects, we’re offering a new session on financing public projects, taught by firm member Scott Pierce. Also, Alabama Building Commission Director Katherine Lynn returns to discuss her agency’s oversight of Alabama’s current surge in school projects as well as other developments at her agency.
