8/10/2009 - Capell & Howard lawyers obtain favorable results in asbestos cases
Capell & Howard lawyers recently obtained dismissal of two asbestos cases. Bob Northcutt took the lead in briefing and successfully arguing two motions to dismiss or in the alternative for summary judgment for the defense group in asbestos cases pending in Birmingham and Bessemer. Jimmy Walter assisted in the Birmingham case.
