11/19/2009 - Michael Dalton and Caty Houston Richardson to become shareholders
Capell & Howard is pleased to announce that Michael Dalton and Caty Houston Richardson have accepted invitations to become shareholders in the firm, effective January 1, 2010.
Michael, a native of Montgomery, joined the firm as an associate in 2005 after obtaining a juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School and a LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law. Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
Caty joined the firm as an associate in August 2004 after obtaining a juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. Caty practices primarily in the fields of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She also handles other probate court matters including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions.
