1/8/2010 - Arden R. Pathak selected as General Counsel to the Alabama General Contractors Licensing Board
In December 2009, the firm's former associate attorney, Arden R. Pathak, began serving as General Counsel to the Alabama General Contractors Licensing Board. This state agency licenses and regulates general contractors and subcontractors. Before becoming General Counsel to the Board, Arden was a member of Capell & Howard's Construction and Procurement Section with an emphasis on regulatory and legislative matters affecting the construction industry. The firm regrets losing Arden, but is proud of her taking this prominent legal role in this important industry for the state.
