Jimmy Walter will speak at arbitration seminar

Jimmy Walter of Capell & Howard, P.C., will make a presentation on “Arbitration 101: Nuts and Bolts” as part of a free Zoom CLE offering on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from noon to 1 p.m.

Sponsored by the Alabama State Bar Dispute Resolution Section and the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution, this free seminar provides the training and opportunity for attorneys wanting to learn more about arbitration with two experienced arbitrators. Jimmy Walter will co-present with Andrew Barton, American Arbitration Association Regional Vice President.

Jimmy is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators. He serves on the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution and is a certified mediator and arbitrator registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. Jimmy has been a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Neutrals since 2014 and has served as arbitrator in numerous commercial and consumer arbitrations.
