Associations and Recognition

Capell & Howard, P.C., founded in 1947, is based in Montgomery, Alabama. With an additional law office in the Auburn-Opelika area of East Alabama, the firm added its third office in Tuscaloosa in 2023. The firm provides legal services in Alabama and throughout the Southeast, in addition to serving a number of select national and international clients. Its services encompass a wide range of practice areas in which our attorneys are experienced and recognized.
