ABA Mediation Week

Governor Kay Ivey declared the week of October 21 through October 25, 2024, as ABA Mediation Week in the state of Alabama. Her Proclamation states, “Alabama recognizes the great need to promote mediation as a means for litigants to resolve their cases by agreement rather than requiring the court’s resources for a resolution.”
